01. Pre-Design & Base Plan
01.1- Collect: Review existing data pertaining to your proposed project.
01.2- Create a Base Plan: Take data and transfer it in to CAD software to create an “as-built” to work with during the design phases.
02. Design
02.1- Sketch Alternatives: Use the base plan and your wish list to produce multiple creative concepts.
02.2- Review & Revisions: Present the proposed creative concepts to you for discussion and intended revisions.
02.3- Final Design: After revisions and when all are satisfied with the design concept. A overall plan will be created and presented for informal final approval.
03. Design Development
03.1- Refine & Articulate: Working with you during the next phases, to hone in on the fine details, presenting and selecting products and finishes.
04. Construction Documents
04.1- CAD Drafting: Taking the information, design and details to create “official” plans for you, building & planning departments, and contractors to see and interpret.
04.2- Consultant input: When needed bring in engineers and specialist to assist in their fields.
05. Construction Administration
05.1- Review & Approve: During construction to ensure the project is moving as intended during the planning phase. Checking on materials and measurements, or during situations where unseen existing conditions may need creative ideas.
